2. Main Responsibilities

The National Sports Commission is the functional department of the State Council in charge of national sports work. Its main responsibilities are:

(2) Guide and promote sports reform, study and formulate development strategies and development goals for sports work; prepare development plans and annual plans for sports, inspect implementation, and organize exchanges of experiences.
