The first step: name check (Industrial and Commercial Bureau)

Generally, you can get the approval notice the next day, but if you check the name at the district industrial and commercial administration bureau, you can get the approval notice the next day. It usually takes 5 to 7 working days. (When verifying names, generally prepare 3 to 5 names. According to regulations, duplicate names or well-known trademarks in the same industry will not be approved).

Step 2: Submit company registration information

The board of directors will apply to the Industrial and Commercial Bureau for establishment registration. Materials required to be submitted:

(1) Registration application signed by the company’s legal representative;

(2) Certification from the designated representative of the board of directors or *** and the principal;

(3) Articles of Association;

(4) Capital verification certificate issued by a legally established capital verification agency;

(5) If the promoter’s first capital contribution is non-monetary property, the submitted Documents proving the procedures for transferring its property;

(6) Proof of qualification of the promoter or proof of identity of the natural person;

(7) Names, residences and other documents of the company’s directors, supervisors and managers and certificates related to appointment, election, and employment;

(8) Documents and identity certificate of the company’s legal representative;

(9) Notice of pre-approval of company name;

(10) Proof of company’s domicile;

(11) Other materials specified by the Industrial and Commercial Bureau.

Step 3: Obtain the license

After passing the verification and document review, you can receive the business license.

Step 4: Apply for company seal

After the company obtains the license, it can engrave the company seal. Usually, the company must engrave five company seals (official seal, financial seal, legal person seal, invoice seal, contract seal)

Step 5: Open a basic account at the bank

After the business license and seal are complete, you can apply to open a basic account at the bank. It should be noted that there is no order requirement between bank account opening and tax filing, and they can be started at the same time.

Step 6: Register for taxation

After the basic application is completed, tax verification is required. Many companies provide me with an agency to handle this step.
